How far is the cabin from Blue Ridge?
It takes about 15 min to get to Blue Ridge from the cabin. We are located off of Maxwell Rd. near Cherry Log.
Can we get an early check-in?
Check-in time is 4pm, but we can do our best to accommodate your request based on our cleaner’s schedule.
How do I get directions to the cabin?
You will receive the address and directions two days before your stay via email.
When will I get the door code to the cabin?
The door code will be emailed to you by 1pm on the day of check-in or it can be texted to you if requested.
What will my credit card be charged for?
Your security deposit places a hold on your card for $300 but it doesn’t charge you unless there’s been damages that need to be paid for. The hold is put in place 2 days before your stay and released 3 days after your stay concludes.
What is your cancellation policy?
Guest receives full refund if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
Is the cabin pet friendly?
As much as we love our pet, we have chosen not to allow pets to the cabin.
